I was the queen of procrastination

- « I’m cold » (so I went under the covers to warm up… and of course, fell asleep)
- « I need to clean the windows, it’s been a week since I last washed them » (just kidding, that’s something I procrastinated for months)

After seeing how much my life has changed thanks to the techniques I discovered and applied, I wanted to share it with others to help them do the same. That’s why in 2019, I created a course that brings together my knowledge in neuroscience applied to procrastination: how to use the unique features of our brain to finally take action on the projects that matter most to us.
